A few notes to help you navigate our policies
All our Products not covered by our Extended 2 Year Warranty are covered by 12 Month Manufacturing Warranty. Except our Tempered Glass Screen Protectors and our 'Almost Perfect' Collection.
On some of our products, the 12 month manufacturing Warranty can be extended to 2 Years. Check if your product is eligible for our extended 2 Year Warranty and apply using the leaflet included in your product.
We offer a six-month manufacturing warranty on our Apple Watch Straps and Apple Air Tag Cases from date of original purchase.

As part of the Snakehive Guarantee, all Snakehive Vintage Accessories and selected Metro Collection accessories purchased directly from Snakehive are eligible for a twelve-month manufacturing warranty from date of original purchase to offer you extra peace of mind.
We do not offer a manufacturing warranty on our Almost Perfect products or on our Tempered Glass Screen Protectors.
PRODUCT CARE:
Our products offer a great level of protection for your device. Our products are durable but not accident or damage proof. Avoid storing your product or using your case alongside sharp objects. Keep your product away from any fires, heat and where possible, direct sunlight.
THE FINE PRINT:
Our warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase under the following conditions:
1. Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.
2. You are the original purchaser of a product from the Snakehive website. (Email order confirmation required)
3. Radstow Group Ltd (Snakehive) is still actively trading in the UK.
This warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:
- Installation or application failures
- Daily wear-and-tear*
- Drops and falls
- Liquid damage
- Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
- Items not manufactured by Snakehive
- Items not sold by Snakehive or our authorised resellers
- Misuse or mishandling of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
- Damage caused by improper use of the product
- Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena
- Cosmetic damage to the product that occurs after product delivery
*Please note that the natural yellowing or whitening of the clear inner holder (inner TPU sitting within your Vintage Leather Wallet) over time is classified as daily wear and tear and not a material defect.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised products unless the product itself is faulty.
Snakehive will not be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
If you have been issued a replacement product under warranty, the replacement will not be covered by the warranty unless you are claiming within 6 or 12 months of the original purchase date, depending on the product that you have ordered as stated above. The warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase only.
If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request. This warranty only applies to the original recipient of the product.
In order to claim your replacement under 12 Month Warranty you will need to have purchased your Snakehive Case through our Website, our Ebay, Etsy or Amazon stores.
Extended Two Year Warranty:
Extended two year warranty applies to the following products only, purchased directly from Snakehive or via our official selling channels on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay:
Vintage Leather Wallet:
- Apple iPhone SE 2020 / SE 2022, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Series
- Samsung Galaxy A54, A34, A52 / A52s, A53, S21, S22, S23, S24. S25 Series
- Google Pixel 7, 8 and 9 Series
Metro Leather Cases and Wallets:
- Apple iPhone 7 / 8, 11 / XR, SE 2020 / 2022, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Series
- Samsung Galaxy S21 Series, S22 Series, S23, S24, S25 Series
- Google Pixel 6 Series, Google Pixel 7, 8 and 9 Series.
THE FINE PRINT- Extended two-year warranty must be signed up for within 30 days of purchase: Warranty Claim – Snakehive Claim
- Any future orders of the above listed products using the same email address used to register your original warranty will also be covered under our extended two year warranty. Please contact us if you have any enquiries at sales@snakehive.co.uk
- The two year warranty will only be valid once you have received a warranty confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email within seven days of filling out this form, please contact our customer care team sales@snakehive.co.uk
- Your product warranty is registered directly with us, Snakehive, the manufacturer, and not with any other selling channel such as Amazon, Etsy or Ebay. Please contact us directly with any warranty queries at sales@snakehive.co.uk
- If you have been issued a replacement product under warranty, the replacement will not be covered by the 24 month warranty unless you are claiming within 24 months of the original purchase date. The 24 month warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase only.
